Why I bought it

I always wanted to build my own car. I started in 1986 with a clean sheet of paper. There were no computers for chassis design back then. Took my drawings out to the garage and welded up the chassis and suspension. Made patterns from wood and had the uprights cast in aluminum. Finished the running chassis in 1987 and started on the body design. Greg Miller did a sketch and with help from Mark McChesney finished a 1/4 scale model which I measured points on my Bridgeport and blew up to full size with 2000 lbs of modeling clay. Jeff Stoner and his friend Jeff pulled molds and made the first of 6 bodies.
